This is a high-profile position for an experienced centre manager to drive strategic direction, operational excellence, and team performance across the asset.
About YouYou are a seasoned professional with a strong background in property management, possessing a strategic mindset, excellent financial and stakeholder engagement skills, and a proven ability to deliver results in dynamic environments.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the centre's strategic direction and ensure alignment with broader objectives.
- Manage operational teams to deliver high standards in presentation, compliance, and risk management.
- Drive business growth through effective budget management, income generation, and debtor control.
- BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH RETAILERS, STAKEHOLDERS, AND COMMUNITY PARTNERS.
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and uphold industry standards.
- Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of innovation and accountability.
- Current Real Estate License/Certificate of Registration (or equivalent).
- A minimum of 3 years' experience managing a regional shopping centre in Australia.
- Strong knowledge of Retail Leases legislation and trade practices.
- Excellent numeracy and communication skills.
