Job Title

Drive business growth and success as a seasoned retail centre manager. This is an exceptional opportunity to lead a diverse portfolio of neighbourhood centres, fostering collaboration and delivering exceptional results.

About the Role
  • Maintain a safe, efficient work environment, ensuring proper OH&S protocols, IT systems, and equipment are in place for staff and contractors.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive business plans, budgets, and client reporting within established timeframes.
  • Stay current with relevant property legislation, liaising with solicitors on documentation.
  • Manage ongoing fitout upgrade programs and support tenant fitout works.
  • Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to drive performance excellence and deliver bottom-line value.
Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and maintain accurate documentation per Leasing Policy requirements.
  • Collect all tenant payments by due dates and monitor arrears.
  • Develop and implement strategies to reduce arrears and provide required reporting to clients and colleagues.
  • Build collaborative relationships across all levels, commanding respect from JLL staff, clients, and the business community.
Requirements
  • Advanced team leadership skills with a passion for people development.
  • Proven experience in retail centre management.
  • Strategic vision to drive business growth and success.
  • Senior-level financial expertise.
  • Retail leasing knowledge (desirable) to support leasing strategy.
  • Cross-functional leadership driving performance excellence.
  • Identifies and implements improvement opportunities.
