About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Beauty Therapist to join our luxurious Aqua Day Spa at Sofitel Noosa Pacific Resort.

As a Beauty Therapist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional spa and wellness experiences to our valued guests, utilizing your advanced knowledge of skincare and body treatments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform advanced facials, massage styles, and body treatments
  • Provide waxing, pedicure, and retail sales services
  • Work positively within our team environment, adapting to changing situations
  • Deliver outstanding service and treatments, ensuring guest satisfaction

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

  • A relevant diploma qualification in beauty therapy
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a 5-star spa facility
  • Previous Thalgo experience is an advantage
  • Excellent retail sales and up/cross selling ability
  • Luxury service skills with a warm and welcoming attitude
