Dexus, a leading Australasian fully integrated real asset group, is seeking a highly commercial procurement leader to shape end-to-end procurement in our organization. As a Procurement Manager, you will take an enterprise view to support two priority capability builds in the development of digital enablement of the procurement operating model and a supplier management framework.

The Opportunity

You will lead the establishment of a supplier management framework, its efficiency and effectiveness, and build core building blocks to manage suppliers, including overall supplier segmentation, policy, procedure, and technology. Additionally, you will:

  • Design and lead the innovation initiative to foster a culture of supplier value management
  • Establish procurement data models for suppliers and categories
  • Design procurement analytics dashboards for spend, overall supplier performance, procurement commercial and risk KPIs, sustainability, and business-specific focuses
  • Deliver the best value commercial outcomes from supplier engagement

About You

You are a highly commercial procurement leader with a strong understanding and experience of procurement, great commercial acumen, negotiation, and project management skills. You possess strong supplier risk, relationship, and performance management skills, high-level interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to liaise and influence, in a professional manner, with all levels of the business.
