Procurement Manager

Trippas White Group is seeking a skilled Procurement Manager to join our team. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing category management strategies to drive business growth and improve supply chain efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement category management strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Prepare and conduct RFIs, RFQs, and ITTs to procure value for money solutions.
  • Achieve cost savings across multiple procurement categories.
  • Plan, develop, and negotiate commercial aspects of contracts to deliver required business outcomes.
  • Consult with stakeholders to determine business needs and determine the appropriate contracting framework.
  • Create and manage files for preferred suppliers, ensuring effective communication to the business.
  • Assist the business in developing contract management plans, processes, and frameworks to manage commercial risks and monitor supplier performance.
  • Conduct vendor due diligence and provide advice on vendor risk management.
  • Category management of select categories to ensure ongoing relationship maintenance between TWG and the supplier base.
Requirements:
  • 3 years' experience in a procurement, finance, or operational environment.
  • CIPS Level 4 or higher desirable, though not essential.
  • Knowledge of procurement operations and lifecycle.
  • Strong proficiency with Excel and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in Power BI and Purchase Plus desirable.
  • Stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong negotiating and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional multi-tasking skills with the ability to manage multiple end-to-end procurement cycles.
  • Excellent communication, organisation, and time management skills.
  • Category experience in F&B, Hospitality, and Property services desirable.
  • An attitude of continuous improvement to all supplier agreements, relationships, and products.
