At Boral, we are seeking an experienced Procurement Specialist to join our team in Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane.

About the Role

This is a genuine opportunity to work for a respected major Australian Corporate in a role that spans the entire organisation. As a Procurement Specialist, you will support the Procurement Team's priorities and delivery of procurement strategies to the broader Boral organisation.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage performance improvement projects including process discovery, baseline analytics and reporting.
  • Support tactical sourcing events and supplier interactions, preparing recommendations for operational improvements in support of the team's objectives.
  • Engage broadly across the Boral business with key stakeholders, providing guidance in purchasing and performance managing suppliers in the form of analytical insights, training, coaching and problem resolution.
What We're Looking For
  • Experience in procurement sourcing and purchasing processes and techniques.
  • Advanced analytical skills, proven capability using analytical tools across large data sets with the ability to interpret information and provide insights & recommendations.
  • Relevant experience in a large national organisation working with multiple stakeholders.
Salary

We offer an attractive salary package reflective of your skills and experience, estimated at around $120,000 per annum based on industry standards and locations.
