What will your typical day look like?

Our Organisation and Workforce Transformation team within Human Capital are passionate about supporting our clients in delivering greater value and impact. This includes our Operating Model & Organisation Design team which specialises in working with clients on a range of Operating Model & Organisation Design and Agile activities including :

Strategic alignment : Partner with senior leaders to align their organisation design principles with their intended outcomes and use data-driven analysis to understand the organisation todayHigh level and detailed design (including Agile transformations) : Development and assessment of future design options in line with the agreed business strategySystem of work development : Development of delivery, interaction, and governance models to embed new ways of workingWorkforce transition : Planning and provision of end-to-end organisation design services to ensure the future design is implemented and embedded effectively

As a Consultant within our Operating Model & Organisation Design team, you will use a combination of our global methodology and advanced analytical tools to support the design and delivery of organisation strategy solutions to our clients.

We are looking for experienced Human Capital practitioners with 3+ years of Organisation Design experience to play a key role in the planning, scoping, and delivery of Organisation Design projects. We seek diverse skill sets that include a cross-section of the following :

Ideally, you have some experience in identifying, quantifying, and supporting the delivery of the financial and non-financial benefits of organisation designYou are solution-focused. You apply functional knowledge to inform solution development and contribute to recommendations that enable the client's business agendaYou have experience in using business context and objectives to inform business cases that deliver value to the client when forming future state visionYou have experience in managing stakeholder engagement and possess strong communication skills, with experience translating strategic goals into effective design principles and future structuresStrong data analysis, critical thinking, and problem-solving skillsProven quality assurance and attention to detail#J-18808-Ljbffr
