Regional Marketing Leader

The role of Regional Marketing Leader is to drive the strategic vision and commercial growth in the APAC region. You will be responsible for managing a team of marketers, setting direction for a market-leading portfolio across a complex and diverse region.
- Develop and lead the APAC marketing strategy — including market positioning, portfolio planning, and go-to-market execution.
- Drive commercial performance — owning regional outcomes and making decisions rooted in strong business acumen.
- Build and lead a high-performing regional marketing team.
- Partner closely with country leaders, sales, medical education, and key opinion leaders (KOLs) to drive adoption and growth.
Key requirements:
- 5+ years of marketing management experience and a proven track record of driving market share growth and business impact.
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to translate strategy into results.
- Excellent leadership skills and ability to build and empower high performers.
