Job Title: Regional Marketing Manager APAC

As a key member of the global marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and leading the APAC Emergency Care marketing strategy. This involves market positioning, portfolio planning, and go-to-market execution. You will drive commercial performance by owning regional outcomes and making decisions rooted in strong business acumen.

The role requires building and leading a high-performing regional marketing team. You will partner closely with country leaders, sales, medical education, and KOLs to drive adoption and growth. Additionally, you will lead a high-performing team of 5 that will own product lifecycle management including pricing, segmentation, and new product introductions.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a minimum of 5 years of marketing management experience, with a proven track record of driving market share growth and business impact. You should also have a Bachelor's degree in marketing, management, business or similar.

Experience working across Asia Pacific or a global region, with an understanding of diverse market dynamics is essential. You must be commercially-minded and able to translate strategy into results. Strong leadership skills are required, as well as the ability to manage ambiguity and prioritize what matters.
