We are seeking a hands-on supervisor to support our Operations and Production Lead in overseeing daily team activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proven experience in a manufacturing or production environment, with strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
  • 3+ years' experience in a manufacturing or production environment, with some experience in procurement, dispatch, and inventory management
  • Strong forecasting and planning skills with attention to detail
  • Previous leadership or team coordination experience
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving ability
  • Licensed forklift operation (essential)
