Job Title: Senior Construction Supervisor

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Construction Supervisor to lead our team in Melbourne, Australia. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' experience in the construction industry, with a strong background in formwork, groundworks, concrete and structures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure projects are delivered to the correct specifications and required quality/industry standards safely.
  • Supervise a crew of 5-8 men.
  • Liaise with other trades on site.
  • Help with planning activities onsite.
  • Report to the Project Manager and present as a clear and approachable communicator both contract and client-based.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years' industry experience.
  • Own transport.
  • White/red card.
  • Good understanding of formwork, groundworks, concrete and structures.
  • Good timekeeping.
  • Client-focused & skill to maintain relationships.
  • Ability to hit the ground running on major contracts.
