Senior Supervisor Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Senior Supervisor to lead our complex disability team located in South-East metro Melbourne.

The ideal candidate will have a high degree of initiative and strong desire to achieve outstanding results, with excellent attention-to-detail and supervisory skills. They will be responsible for supervising, managing and motivating team members throughout the complex programs on a daily basis, ensuring the team provides quality services and safeguards to our clients that promote opportunities for meaningful participation and active inclusion in society.

About This Role

This role involves supporting clients with complex needs in the community, including coaching, mentoring, guidance and support to identify risk increasing behaviours. The successful candidate will also be responsible for coordinating supports to complex client programs, maintaining and auditing client records for compliance purposes, crisis management and incident report follow up, assessing staff performance on an ongoing basis, and participating in on-call and recall duties as rostered.

Requirements
  • Current First Aid and CPR qualification
  • Valid and current Victorian Driver's Licence
  • COVID-19 vaccination (doses 1, 2 and booster) or valid medical exemption recorded on the Australian Immunisation Registry (AIR)
  • NDIS Worker Screening Clearance and Working with Children Check (or willing to obtain)
  • Relevant qualifications in the disability and community services (Certificate IV in Disability or equivalent)
