Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Distribution Centre Operations Coordinator to join our team. This is a hands-on role that requires flexibility and strong organizational skills.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the on-site and 3PL distribution operations, including daily pick and pack, labeling and dispatch of customer orders, and overseeing the receiving of all deliveries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Daily pick and pack of orders
  • Labeling and dispatch of customer orders through to invoicing
  • Oversee and coordinate the receiving of all deliveries ensuring paperwork is in order
  • Ensure equipment, labels, packaging and products are in good order
  • Process work orders end to end
  • Booking of transport couriers for all orders from the Distribution Centre
Requirements
  • High attention to detail
  • Good numerical ability
  • Time management and planning skills
  • Self-motivated and able to work both independently and in a team environment
  • Strong working knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint and email
  • Knowledge of WHS in a distribution environment would be highly regarded
  • Fork Lift licence would be viewed favorably
