This exciting opportunity for a Digital Marketing Leader - Senior Account Director exists within the growing team at Havas Media Australia.

About the Role:

  • Prioritise client satisfaction by delivering high-quality day-to-day servicing and lead planning across predominantly online channels for two large clients.
  • Collaborate with specialist performance and digital teams to manage campaigns from a technical perspective, ensuring strong working knowledge of digital and performance media.
  • Develop proactive strategies and ideas to drive growth, focusing on organic expansion through collaboration with internal departments and identifying opportunities to monetise existing and additional products.
  • Maintain or improve client satisfaction scores while ensuring timely and accurate reporting, mentoring junior team members, and overseeing team KPIs and performance reviews.
  • Cultivate key opportunities for clients and Havas Media, driving innovation in communications.

Requirements:

  • Approximately 5+ years of experience in a media agency, preferably with a strong background in digital marketing.
  • Strong knowledge and experience in digital media/marketing, including managing client relationships and multiple stakeholders.
  • Effective written communication, presentation, influencing, negotiation skills, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to develop strong relationships with colleagues, publishers, partners, and clients.
  • Experience project-managing media campaigns with a high attention to detail.
