As a Roster Operations Specialist, you will make a significant impact by:

  • Responding promptly and accurately to employee enquiries via various channels
  • Managing and triaging requests using ServiceNow with a high level of accuracy
  • Handling employee absence notifications and roster adjustments to maximise shift fill rates
  • Ensuring all shift offers and rostering processes comply with company standards
  • Communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders for seamless operations

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A minimum one year of experience in a customer service or administrative role
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills, with high attention to detail
  • Ability to work autonomously and proactively in a fast-paced environment

The successful candidate will have knowledge of Microsoft Office products and be able to adapt to new technologies quickly. In addition, they will be committed to maintaining compliance and adhering to company policies.

Serco offers an attractive salary package, estimated to be around $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus flexible benefits that suit every stage of your career, including five rostered days off each fortnight and flexible shift hours from 4:30 am to 10:30 pm, seven days a week.
