Based in Australia, we are seeking an experienced recruitment professional to join our National recruitment team.

This role is ideal for individuals with a proven track record of managing end-to-end recruitment processes, building strong relationships with business stakeholders, and sourcing top talent.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet business needs
  • Manage all recruitment activities for casual pool employees, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring
  • Build and maintain relationships with business managers and other key stakeholders
  • Work closely with the recruitment team to achieve business objectives
Requirements
  • Proven experience in internal or agency recruitment for volume roles
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment systems and tools, preferably Page Up
  • Ability to meet KPIs and work to tight deadlines
