We are looking for a smart, motivated
**Junior Recruiter/Resourcer** with attention to detail, an engaging personality and excellent communication skills to join a highly supportive growing team in Parramatta NSW.

- 1+ year of commercial or practical experience in customer engagement roles
- 1+ years' experience and demonstrated skills in MS Word, Excel and Outlook
- Knowledge of IT would be very highly regarded
- Excellent attention to detail
- Professional and well presented
- Superior verbal and written communication skills
- A motivated individual with a willingness to take initiatives and learn
- A confident, pleasant and a warm personality that enjoys usefully engaging with people, driven by respect and acceptance for others
- Strong ability to prioritise, multitask and work under pressure
