Interflow is a leading provider of trenchless pipeline solutions in Australia and New Zealand. We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our dynamic team.

The Opportunity

We currently have an opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to manage the end-to-end recruitment process, delivering a customer-centric recruitment service to the business.

Your Expertise Will Make A Difference

  • You will bring: Demonstrated recruitment experience in a resourcing or recruitment capacity (agency or internal)
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage a high volume of vacancies simultaneously
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or a related field is desired but not essential
