The role
As a Recruitment Consultant in Randstad's Industrial Division based in Parramatta/Hurstville, you'll focus on growing our presence within the public sector, placing blue-collar talent into roles such as gardeners, forklift operators, labourers, landscapers, and maintenance workers.
This desk requires a strong business development focus, where you'll be responsible for identifying and building a good rapport with hiring managers in the public sector. Through your excellent customer service, organisation skills and proactivity, you can build a reputation as a trusted specialist with clients. The role also involves sourcing suitable candidates that can meet Randstad's quality recruitment requirements.
You'll join a high-performing, collaborative team that loves to celebrate wins. We value team players who also hold themselves accountable to a high standard.
Responsibilities
Proactively identify and bring on new clients through strategic business development initiatives.
Nurture and strengthen client relationships to understand and fulfill their recruitment requirements effectively.
Source, assess, and place exceptional candidates in roles that align with their skills and aspirations.
High level of sales and business development
Facilitate seamless interview and placement processes between candidates and employers, ensuring successful and compliant matches.
About you
Strong sales professional (gym sales, call centre, retail management).
Any recruitment experience and/or experience working with the public sector will be advantageous.
Self motivated, outcome focused and self confident.
Exceptional interpersonal skills that foster strong relationships.
You thrive in a fast-paced environment where success is measured by results.
