Family Support Specialist
Job SummaryThis is a permanent full-time position at our Sale site, working within a multidisciplinary integrated agency team. As a key member of the team, you will deliver high-quality responses to children, young people, and families experiencing family violence.
About the Role
- Provide intake support via phone, on-site, and through outreach visits.
- Manage a caseload of clients requiring support with family violence.
- Deliver screening and triage, assessment, crisis responses, service planning, targeted interventions, allocation, and coordinated referrals.
- Collaborate with colleagues to support integrated risk assessment and planning.
- Apply for brokerage on behalf of clients when necessary.
About the Program
Our program brings together professionals from various backgrounds to deliver an integrated practice model and a consolidated intake point for vulnerable families who require extra support with the care, development, and wellbeing of unborn babies, infants, children, and young people.

- Bachelor of Social Work or equivalent qualification.
