Deliver high-quality, safe, and effective responses to children, young people, and families experiencing family violence as part of an integrated agency team.
- Provide intake support via phone, within the site and through outreach visits.
- Manage a caseload proactively.
- Conduct screening and triage, assessment, crisis responses, service planning, targeted interventions, allocation, and coordinated referrals.
- Work collaboratively to support integrated risk assessment and planning.
- Apply for client services when required.
- Refer clients to relevant services and provide them with information and support.
