
Multidisciplinary Family Violence Response Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate practitioner to join our multidisciplinary team, providing quality responses to children, young people, and families experiencing family violence.
- This is an exciting opportunity to be part of an integrated practice model, working collaboratively with community service organisations, Aboriginal services, and government agencies.
You will have the ability to actively manage a caseload, deliver screening and triage, assessment, crisis responses, service planning, targeted interventions, allocation and coordinated referrals. Your role will involve working collaboratively to support integrated risk assessment and planning.
In addition, you will bring a range of skills and experience, including:
- Bachelor of Social Work or equivalent as per the mandatory minimum qualification requirements for specialist family violence practitioners.
- Experience, skills, and capabilities in child, youth, and families welfare.
- Well-developed risk assessment and management skills.
- Understanding of the broader service system referral pathways.
- Sound understanding of the MARAM Framework, Best Interests Principles and the Children, Youth and Families Act 2005.
