Restaurant Manager Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Restaurant Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional dining experiences. Our restaurant is a sophisticated take on the hunter's way, where ancient ritual combines with the raw elements of nature in a modern setting.

As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for upholding high standards of service and food presentation, while working strategically to drive performance, foster team development, and support the overall success of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate your team to deliver exceptional dining experiences.
  • Uphold high standards of service and food presentation.
  • Work strategically to drive performance and foster team development.
  • Support the overall success of the business.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years management experience within the hospitality industry.
  • Customer focused and passion to create exceptional guest experiences.
  • Strong understanding of financials including budgets, forecasting and labour costs.
  • Great leadership skills along with the ability to inspire, train and develop the team.
  • Display excellent presentation, organisation and communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of modern award framework and national employment standards.
  • Strong knowledge of OH&S/WH&S.
  • A current RSA Certificate.
  • Flexible availability over a 7-day rotating roster.
