Senior Operations Leader

As a Senior Operations Leader, you will oversee multiple regions and sites, leading a team of Area Managers in delivering quality service outcomes and performance. Your expertise will drive innovation and continuous improvement within the service delivery model, focusing on sustainable employment outcomes for people with disabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic leadership and operational oversight across multiple regions and sites.

• Lead and empower a team of Area Managers to deliver high-quality services and achieve performance goals.

• Drive business growth through data analysis, market research, and effective stakeholder engagement.

• Foster collaborative relationships with government agencies, disability services, employers, and community organisations to advance inclusive employment.

• Achieve performance and quality Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) that support organisational objectives.

• Represent us at regional forums, industry events, and key stakeholder engagements to promote inclusive employment practices.

• Champion a high-performance culture that reflects our values and commitment to diversity, empowerment, and inclusivity.

Requirements:

• Extensive leadership and management experience in employment services, disability services, or a related human services field.

• Proven track record of managing large teams and multiple regions, with strong people leadership and coaching skills.

• Strategic thinker with the ability to manage complex programs, budgets, and stakeholder expectations.

• Strong relationship management skills and the ability to influence and negotiate at senior levels.

• Tech-savvy and confident in leading teams through digital tools, reporting systems, and compliance platforms.
