About the Role

This position will play a pivotal role in supporting senior leadership by leading and uniting teams to achieve strategic objectives.

The successful candidate will be responsible for clear communication, enhancing investment contributions, providing oversight and support for transformation projects, and adopting adaptive strategies to establish enterprise-level standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Link strategic outcomes to operational requirements and support the transformation strategy.
  • Provide oversight and support for transformation projects, adopt adaptive strategies, and establish enterprise-level standards.
  • Contribute to progress reporting and engage with leaders across the organisation to facilitate transformation objectives.

The ideal candidate will possess strong verbal and written communication skills, stakeholder engagement and relationship skills, ability to manage pressure and ambiguity, and commitment to supporting the leadership team and stakeholders.
