Job Opportunity

The role of Senior Project Officer involves leading and unifying staff to achieve strategic outcomes. The individual will be responsible for clear communication of aspirations, enhancing investment contributions through change initiatives, and providing oversight and support for transformation projects.

In this position, you will work to mature the Transformation Strategy, progress reporting, and support Investment Prioritisation processes. You will have a well-developed capability to link strategic outcomes to operational requirements and engage with leaders across the organisation.

Main Responsibilities
  • Link strategic outcomes to operational requirements and support the Transformation Strategy and Investment Prioritisation processes.
  • Provide oversight and support for transformation projects and establish enterprise-level standards.
  • Contribute to progress reporting and engage with leaders to facilitate transformation objectives.
