Job Title: Learning and Development Professional
This exciting role plays a vital part in delivering training programs to new team members, ensuring their safety and success.
You will also have the opportunity to identify additional training for existing team members to drive continuous improvements.
- Main Responsibilities:
Create and implement training documentation, supporting site leaders with coaching on their training responsibilities
Maintain accurate records of training activities and ensure site leadership are maintaining accurate records
Serve as a key point of contact for all site induction programs, ensuring new team members meet compliance requirements outlined in the training matrix
Continuously monitor and update training materials to account for seasonal activities and changes
Promote a positive safety culture on-site, providing consultancy services as needed
Manage the site training matrix, ensuring it remains up-to-date and effective
Qualifications and Skills:
- A Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment is required
- Demonstrated experience in assessing training needs and developing annual training plans
- The ability to design, implement, and review training programs for warehouse, transport, and administration teams
- A high level of organizational skills, with a focus on planning and meeting deadlines
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to manage expectations at senior management levels
- Advanced computer skills, enabling the creation of materials and development of training information
