Learning Development Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Training and Competency Coordinator to join our team.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment, and a passion for learning and development.

Key Responsibilities- Identify training needs and objectives in collaboration with senior management and subject matter experts
- Develop and maintain training packages, including presentations, manuals, and online resources
- Design and implement training programs tailored to meet company goals and employee development needs
- Ensure training content is relevant and complies with legislation and best practices
- Liaise with external training providers and investigate and develop external training platforms
- Plan and schedule training sessions, including booking venues, gathering materials, or travel arrangements as required
- Maintain training registers and agreements
- Develop and manage internal verification of competency training
- A strong understanding of high-risk activities in manufacturing is an advantage
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Prior experience developing online inductions is an advantage
- A passion for learning and the development of others
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
- Solid understanding of safety principles and best practice
- TAE40122 Cert IV in Training and Assessment as a minimum (essential for this role)

This is a salaried position, working 40-45 hours per week. Salary: $80,000 to $100,000 per annum plus 12% superannuation, depending on experience.
