Job Overview

This exciting opportunity is available for a skilled E-learning and Development Professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.

This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders to understand their training needs, analyzing those needs, and creating effective solutions. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver engaging and effective training workshops relating to digital systems.
  • Analyze training requirements and create solutions to meet those needs.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of training methods and techniques.
  • Foster collaboration between teams to achieve shared goals.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve the effectiveness of training programs.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience in designing and delivering engaging and effective training workshops.
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, with strong communication across diverse groups.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office 365 suite.
  • Change Management skills.
  • Previous experience working with learning management systems.
