Job Title: Organisational Development and Learning Manager
About the Role:
- Develop, design, and deliver training programs to support project delivery.
- Lead the development of organisational initiatives that enhance leadership capability; talent management; succession planning; and onboarding.
- Integrate organisational development and learning strategies and programs.
- Identify and manage operational trades competency assessment and training requirements.
- Responsible for documenting, governing, and recording learning and training records.
- Allocate resources to align with business priorities and organisational needs.
- Prepare strategic reports.
About You:
- Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment (TAE) or equivalent qualification.
- 10+ years experience in a similar role within an organisation.
- Leadership skills to influence senior management.
- Experience in reviewing and implementing Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Strong understanding of behavioural science knowledge and practice.
