Job DescriptionWe are seeking highly skilled security professionals to join our dynamic team as Full-Time Reliever Security Officers. The role involves a combination of security duties and customer service, including monitoring premises, controlling access, assisting guests, and ensuring a safe and welcoming environment.
This position requires full-time availability, with a 24/7 rotating roster, including weekends.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide excellent customer service to clients, visitors, and staff.
- Monitor and patrol premises to ensure a safe environment.
- Manage access control and security systems.
- Respond to incidents and emergencies as required, following security protocols.
- Monitor entry and exit points to ensure that only authorized individuals have access to the premises.
- Conduct regular security checks, including inspecting security cameras, alarms, and other monitoring equipment.
The estimated salary for this position is AU$70,000 - AU$80,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including stability and certainty in a role, opportunities for development and progression, and a collaborative work environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications- A valid Victorian Security License.
- Cert II in security operations (or higher).
- First Aid and CPR certification.
- Experience in a concierge security environment and customer service is preferred but not essential.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and flexible.
