Transportation Operations Expert

The Engagement Manager position is an excellent opportunity for talented professionals to manage projects, develop executive client relationships and work with clients and other stakeholders.

  • Managing the execution of individual project modules includes developing hypotheses, managing data collection, model creation and analyses, conducting primary and secondary research, creatively tackling information limitations, and surfacing insights.
  • Supporting cross-functional teams in project delivery through accurate and high quality case execution
  • Developing and owning executive client relationships, presenting to a wide range of audiences, and working day-to-day with clients and other stakeholders.
  • Coaching consultants and helping them develop their skill sets
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage project deliverables to meet client expectations
  • Collaborate with teams to achieve business objectives
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on transportation issues
  • Conduct market research and analysis to inform business decisions
Requirements:
  • 5-7 years of experience in strategy consulting and/or aviation, aerospace, rail and transportations industry experience
  • Strong background in conceptual problem-solving skills
  • Aptitude for analytical work, such as sniffing out clues in massive data sets or hunting down key issues in complex challenges
  • Track record of leading and managing teams and delivering against tight deadlines in fast-paced environments
  • Outstanding communication skills; confidence in presenting to senior executives
  • Undergraduate or advanced degree from a top academic program
  • Willingness to travel
