This pivotal role is integral to our Australian Executive team, providing senior leadership and strategic direction. It can be based in our Brisbane, Melbourne or Sydney offices.

Responsibilities

  • Shape future capability by identifying talent needs, recruiting exceptional individuals, and supporting staff development in client engagement and business growth.
  • Deliver excellence in projects by acting as Project Director on key initiatives. You will monitor commercial performance, enhance strategy, and ensure profitability from the outset.
  • Invest in your growth through an individual development budget for technical training and career advancement. Partner with your People Manager to shape your journey.
  • Align with purpose-driven metrics that inform business planning and expectations, helping you stay focused and effective.

  • Senior relationships across client, industry partner, and contractor organisations, with a well-established market reputation, influence, and network.
  • A proven track record in positioning, winning, and delivering major infrastructure projects across Roads & Highways, Rail & Metros, and associated transport sub-markets.
  • Tertiary qualifications in engineering, transport planning, or a related field.
  • Chartered status relevant to the Transport Market and client requirements (CPEng, RPEQ, or equivalent).
  • Strong expertise in project management and business development, with a strategic mindset and commercial acumen.
  • A collaborative and inclusive leadership style, with a passion for mentoring, empowering others, and fostering team growth.
