Job Role

We are seeking an experienced Application Performance Manager to join our team. As a trusted advisor, you will represent our organization as a product expert on application performance management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deploy and administer application performance management technology to meet customer requirements.
  • Develop and enhance dashboards, reports, and alerts to support customer success.
  • Mentor and train customers on application performance management best practices.
  • Bolster brand loyalty and defend against competitive threats.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience working in application performance management or related field within the IT industry.
  • An eagerness to learn new technologies and a passion for IT development.
  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Math, or related field.
  • Familiarity with Java, C#, .Net, Python, or similar programming languages.
  • Interest in web programming and Object-Oriented design.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
