Job Title: Performance Engineering Expert

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team in performance test management. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing performance test cases for all applications using chosen scripting languages in collaboration with developers.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in performance engineering, excellent communication skills, and experience working with Java, JavaScript, and TypeScript programming languages. They will also have knowledge of performance frameworks such as Load Runner, JMeter, Gatling or K6, and experience with CI/CD pipelines and version control platforms like Bamboo, Bitbucket, and GitLab.

The selected individual will work closely with the Test team members (Test Analyst, Performance Analysts) on reviewing test cases for performance readiness, increasing knowledge and understanding of application functionality, business rules, and customer journeys to improve performance. They will also build and maintain CI/CD pipelines that provide timely feedback on application quality.

The role requires a minimum of 3 years' experience as a performance engineer, with sound communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work independently and with limited supervision. A postgraduate degree is desirable, and affiliation with technology institutes is an added advantage.
