Expert IT Professional

The role of a Senior IT Support Consultant involves delivering high-quality system support and technical guidance to clients in Microsoft environments. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver advanced solutions and drive continuous service improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert-level system administration aligned to Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
  • Lead or contribute to architecture, design, and technical solution proposals
  • Onboard customers and research new technologies for enhanced service delivery
  • Engage in pre-sales activities, solution demos, proof-of-concepts, and evaluations
  • Identify infrastructure risks and develop strategic improvement plans
  • Participate in on-call or after-hours support rotations
Requirements:
  • Advanced Windows Server/Desktop administration expertise in enterprise settings
  • Strong experience with VMWare and virtualised server management
  • Proficient in scripting and automation using PowerShell or VBScript
  • Solid understanding of Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, and DHCP
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft MECM, MSI/MSIX, and OS deployment
  • Familiarity with application control tools such as Windows Defender Application Control
