Front Office Manager

The Front Office Duty Manager will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the hotel's front office in the absence of senior management. This includes providing support to the front office team, reservations, housekeeping, maintenance, and food and beverage departments.
Key Responsibilities- Guest Experience: Make guests feel welcome and at home by socializing, networking, and engaging with them.
- Front Office Leadership: Take the lead on all front office matters, supporting not just the front office team but also reservations, housekeeping, maintenance, and food and beverage.
- Upsell and Revenue Growth: Drive upsell revenue through effective team training and coaching.
- Training and Development: Provide training, support, and mentorship to future leaders.
- Hotel Operations: Ensure an overall smooth running of hotel operations while on shift.
- Administrative Support: Assist senior management with preparing documents and hotel logs.
To be successful in this role, you will have previous hotel duty manager experience or be an aspiring front office supervisor looking to take the next step. You will be a people person who is not afraid to get their hands dirty and have a bright and bubbly attitude that will allow guests to leave with a memorable experience.
