
Chief Guest Experience Officer

This role is responsible for ensuring the operational efficiency of all front office areas during each shift, guaranteeing a memorable guest experience.
About The Role
As a dedicated people leader, you will conduct shift briefings to ensure hotel activities and operational requirements are clearly communicated. You will supervise front office operations, including maintenance of guest information, compilation of occupancy statistics, supervision of group bookings, and assistance with escalated complaints.
The ideal candidate will possess strong supervisory skills, meticulous attention to detail, and at least one year of supervisory or GSA experience. A desire to step up into relief Duty Manager shifts as required is also essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate records of guest information and occupancy statistics
- Supervise front office operations to ensure seamless delivery of services
- Assist with escalated complaints and provide effective solutions
- Conduct shift briefings to ensure clear communication of hotel activities and operational requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor degree or diploma in hospitality/hotel management (or currently studying)
- Strong supervisory skills, with meticulous attention to detail
- At least one year of supervisory or GSA experience
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
