Front Office Leadership Role

We are dedicated to delivering exceptional guest experiences at our hotel. Our location in the heart of the city offers direct access to a major convention center.

The ideal candidate will have experience in front office operations, including demonstrated leadership capabilities. They will be self-motivated and driven in a fast-paced environment, with exceptional service standards and ability to lead within a VIP setting.

Excellent communication skills, bilingual or multilingual language skills are advantageous. The successful candidate will also possess strong organisational, written & communication skills, with attention to detail. A proactive attitude with the ability to work in a dynamic environment & prioritise workload is essential.

  • Driving the Front Office operation to achieve market leadership status
  • Effective supervision of all guest arrivals and departures, ensuring that room allocations and check in/check out processes follow set procedures and are customer focused.
  • Participation in recruitment activities such as applicant screening, phone screens, in person interviews, reference checks etc.
  • Leading onboarding and training of the Front Office team ensuring they are trained in all aspects of their role
  • Supervision of lobby services (including car parking and porter services where applicable), ensuring guest arrivals and departures are as efficient as possible.
  • Daily liaison with the Revenue & Reservations office to ensure accuracy in room allocation and maximising of yield.
  • Preparation of reports as required.
