  • Evaluate projects' alignment with strategic plans and key priorities.
  • Oversight performance reporting to senior management.
  • Cultivate quality standards through collaboration with team leaders and stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • A valid WWVP Card
  • National Police Check
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities, including report writing
  • Demonstrated expertise in project management, business administration, and senior executive support
  • Understanding of employee engagement, positive workplace culture, and organisational development
  • Proven experience in developing complex stakeholder relationships both internally and externally
