
Lease Property Administrator

We are seeking an experienced Lease Property Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the lease database and administering lease-related payments.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' experience in commercial or corporate real estate and hold a real estate licence with the ability to operate in NSW. They will also have excellent communication and organisational skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
The key accountabilities of this role include:
- Maintaining the lease/ licences/property database system and retrieving data from the property register to meet requests for information.
- Ensuring that all leases and relevant documents are complete and filed in the records management system.
- Reviewing various types of Lease Agreements to identify tenancy requirements and answering incoming tenant questions.
- Administering grazing leases and licences, including oversight of the Farm Management Plans.
- Administering the end-to-end process of lease billing and reconciliations, including processing lease-related payments/issuing invoices (ensuring rents are paid on time).
- Preparing and sending rent increase letters to tenants.
- Allocating, reconciling and adjusting rents and outgoings and processing purchase orders for property related expenses.
- Managing disputes in respect of leasing costs and charges.
- Liaising with Accounts Department, Property Managers, Leasing Agents and other key stakeholders to resolve queries, issues and tenancy matters.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of real estate principles and practices, as well as excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. They will also be able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritise multiple tasks effectively.

Requirements:
