Property and Leasing Expert

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to support our national property team in various aspects of property management.

This is a hands-on role that will provide you with exposure to real estate functions, including lease negotiations, administration, and portfolio growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support strategic lease negotiations and contribute to commercially sound outcomes and portfolio development.
  • Assist in driving tenant acquisition through targeted marketing initiatives, effective lease agreements, and occupancy management.
  • Process and maintain leases to ensure accurate data entry and database management.
  • Analyse and report on sub-tenant arrears, supporting debt collection as required.
  • Develop and maintain internal and external relationships with Property Managers and Landlords.
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Property Administration / Lease Management / Financial Analysis roles.
  • Lease Negotiation / Accounting / Finance background preferred.
  • Proven experience in analysing leasing agreements and financial statements.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
