Property and Lease Administrator

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the administration of leasing documentation, ensuring that all processes are carried out in accordance with company policies and relevant legislation. Your primary goal will be to manage the timely return of leases and associated documentation, while also developing strong relationships with external contractors and franchise partners.

This role requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities. You will need to work closely with our finance department to authorize invoices and prepare rent schedules, as well as collaborate with our legal service providers to administer leasing documentation.

In addition to these responsibilities, you will be involved in lease and property management, including dealing with maintenance issues, exercising lease options, and notifying insurers in emergency situations. You will also assist with retail store fit-outs, determining fixture requirements, and finalizing fit-out budgets.

To succeed in this role, you should have a strong understanding of financial procedures, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
