**About the Role**

Reporting to the ASPAC Property Manager, you will be responsible for property and lease administration associated with Serco's leased commercial and residential premises.

Key responsibilities include:

- Ensuring timely entry and payment of invoices via the Property Management portal through to the back-end financial system. Provide remittances to Landlords
- Maintaining accurate and organised records of leases, financial transactions, and property-related documents. Generating reports and providing necessary documentation to stakeholders as required
- Acting as a primary point of contact for Landlords addressing their inquiries, concerns, and requests related to the lease payments. Resolving payment disputes or issues between Serco and landlords
- Ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and lease terms. Staying updated on legal requirements and industry standards
- Assisting with administrative tasks such as lease compliance, market research, maintenance issues, and dispute resolution
- Assisting with administrative tasks such HSE compliance and vendor compliance
