About the Role

Mirvac is seeking a highly skilled Customer Insights and Data Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our customer experience team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a Voice of Customer Program to drive business growth and improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain customer reporting for various stakeholders, including on-the-ground teams, management, and leadership.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver a Mirvac Group Voice of Customer Program across multiple platforms, including BI, Salesforce CRM, Yardi, and customer feedback platforms.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and data visualizations in tools like Power BI or Tableau, and work with SQL and data warehouses such as Snowflake.
  • Coordinate, collect, clean, and analyze customer data from various research sources, including solicited feedback, unsolicited feedback, customer profiles, interactions, and behavior.
  • Develop clear and actionable customer insights and provide recommendations to stakeholders across Mirvac.
  • Enhance our calendar of and execution of periodic voice of customer surveys, ensuring high response rates.
  • Collaborate with CX, digital, and operational teams to ensure customer analytics is integrated into transformation and performance measurement.
  • Assist with effective governance over customer data and processes.
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualifications in Data Analytics and Business, Customer, or Project Management, or equivalent.
  • At least 5 years of experience in customer insights and data or business analyst roles.
  • Strong knowledge of statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and data visualization techniques.
  • Experience with customer data platforms, marketing automation tools, and web analytics programs.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and troubleshoot issues.
