Mirvac is seeking a highly skilled Customer Insights Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our customer experience function, you will play a critical role in driving business growth through data-driven insights and customer-centric decision making.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of customer needs, preferences, and behaviors through analysis of customer feedback, surveys, and other data sources.
  • Design and implement data visualizations and reporting to communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders across the organization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities to improve customer engagement, conversion rates, and retention.
  • Develop and manage relationships with stakeholders to influence and gain support for projects and initiatives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer insights and data analytics.
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualifications in Data Analytics, Business, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in customer insights and data analysis or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and data visualization techniques.
  • Experience with customer data platforms, marketing automation tools, and web analytics programs.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
