About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Customer Analyst to join our Group Customer Analytics team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality customer-focused reporting and providing strategic advice to support business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain complex data analysis and reporting to inform business strategy
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and drive customer-centric initiatives
  • Design and implement data visualisation tools to communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders
  • Manage multiple projects and priorities, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results
  • Provide strategic advice and guidance to business leaders on customer-related matters
Requirements
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL and data visualisation tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker)
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills and ability to build positive relationships across a matrix organisation
  • Proactive mindset and appetite for continuous improvement
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with ability to synthesise multiple data points to identify insights and trends
  • Experience in storytelling and communicating complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders
