Key Responsibilities- Collate customer research sources and develop actionable insights to enhance the customer experience.
- Design and manage a Voice of Customer Program to drive business growth and improvement.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for customer engagement, conversion, and retention.
- Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders to influence and gain support for projects and initiatives.
- Enhance customer data/analytics fluency within the business.
- Tertiary qualifications in Data Analytics and Business, Customer, or Project Management.
- At least 5 years of experience in customer insights and data or business analyst roles.
- Strong knowledge of statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and data visualization techniques.
- Experience with customer data platforms, marketing automation tools, and web analytics programs.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
