About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Customer Analyst to join our Group Customer Analytics team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality customer-focused reporting and managing projects or key work streams in major projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain complex data models and reports to provide actionable insights to stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop solutions
  • Design and implement data visualizations to communicate insights and recommendations
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines
  • Provide strategic advice and guidance to stakeholders on customer analytics and insights
Requirements
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker)
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills and ability to build positive relationships across a matrix organization
  • Proactive mindset and appetite for continuous improvement
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with ability to break down complex information into actionable insights
  • Experience with data storytelling and ability to communicate complex ideas to non-technical stakeholders
