Hourly Rate: $43.99 – $49.43 (based on experience and level)

Busy Bees at New Lambton is seeking an experienced and passionate Centre Director to lead our 86-place centre with purpose, care, and professionalism. This is an exciting opportunity for a strong leader ready to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children, families, and educators.

About the Role

As the Centre Director, you will:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the centre, ensuring high standards of care, education, and compliance.

• Lead and mentor your team to deliver exceptional programs aligned with the EYLF and NQS.

• Build strong relationships with families and foster a sense of community and trust.

• Collaborate with Area Directors to meet enrolment, occupancy, and quality goals.

• Manage staffing, budgets, and ensure all regulatory and WHS requirements are met.

What You'll Need

• Diploma or Bachelor's in Early Childhood Education (ACECQA-approved).

• Experience in a leadership role within an early learning setting.

• Strong understanding of EYLF, NQS, and A&R preparation.

• Current WWCC, First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certificates.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and time management skills.
